Welcome to QuickFixit. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (quickfixit.ae) and the home maintenance, repair, and installation services provided by us across Dubai.

By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.


1. Services Offered

QuickFixit provides 24/7 home maintenance services in Dubai, including but not limited to:

  • Air Condition (AC) Repair & Maintenance

  • Plumbing & Electrical Services

  • Glass & Aluminium Work

  • Handyman & Carpentry Services

  • Wall Painting & Renovation

  • Movers & Packers

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking and Estimates

  • Accuracy of Information: When requesting a service or a free estimate, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information (Name, Phone Number, Address, and Service Details).

  • Free Estimates: All estimates provided online or over the phone are preliminary. A final price will be confirmed by our technician upon inspecting the site.

3. Payment Terms

  • Rates: Prices for services will be communicated before work begins. Any discounts or special offers (e.g., 30% off Faucet Installation) are subject to specific promotional terms.

  • Payment Methods: Payments must be made immediately upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash and other approved digital payment methods.

  • Unpaid Invoices: QuickFixit reserves the right to halt any ongoing work if payments are delayed.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please inform us at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time.

  • For emergency 24/7 services, cancellations made after the technician has already dispatched may incur a nominal inspection/travel fee.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Access to Premises: The customer must ensure that our technicians have safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • Approvals & Permits: The customer is responsible for obtaining any required permissions or gate passes from building management, security, or local authorities (e.g., community management approvals in areas like Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, JBR, etc.).

6. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

  • Guaranteed Work: We take pride in our “Skill & Trained Personnel”. We offer a limited warranty on our workmanship. If an issue arises directly related to our repair within the warranty period, we will fix it at no extra cost.

  • Limitation: QuickFixit is not liable for pre-existing damages, wear and tear, or issues arising from parts/materials supplied directly by the customer. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of QuickFixit and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our explicit written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

9. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
